Keep the wick trimmed to 5mm before each use for a clean, steady flame.

Reposition or remove any elements that get too close to the flame.
• When to Stop
Discontinue use when around 1 cm of wax remains.

I ordered these as gifts for Christmas, 3 out of the 4 are lovely. They smell gorgeous, one has obviously seen better days. I'm guessing it's melted in transit.Have to return and re order another one as they are very lovely!

Perfect for gift .Aroma is fantastic and looks amazing and quality is good too .I am very pleased with this product.
Soon after lighting I heard a cracking noise but I didn't realise that it was the container cracking. It eventually shattered completely. Customer service argued that it was below 1cm but wax poured out when it disintegrated.I've never written a bad review before. A horrible experience
